Catering At Your Venue of Choice:
The Campfire team will work closely with the venue you choose to cover every detail. The teams covers everything from the walk-through at the venue to day-of set up, service of the buffet or mobile wood-fire experience and the busing and cleaning up of the venue after you and your guests have said good-night. Couples can also browse bar packages and hire expert bartenders to handcraft delicious beverages.

Wood-fired BBQ & Wood-fired Pizza
Campfire's mobile BBQ trailer allows the team to serve barbecue straight from the smoker, creating a pit-to-plate experience with the award-winning Pitmaster. You can select a variety of meats, including whole-hog roasts and exotic game. Or, have the Pizzola create the pizzas right in front of you. Experience the delicious taste of a wood-fired pizza just seconds after it's been cooked in the authentic, imported Italian mobile oven.

Jared lives locally in Evergreen with his family, and created Catering By Campfire with his wife Amanda to share their love for hospitality and cooking with live fire with anyone seeking to gather friends and family together.

Business professional, Life Coach, wife and mother - Amanda has a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome. She had a decade-long career of running large-scale corporate events, and created our catering and events program. She guides our catering and events team, and professionally coaches women into their true calling in life. She works alongside her husband Jared who founded the group of restaurants they own along with being an award-winning BBQ Pitmaster.
Brianna Kane
Hospitality expert and cultural curator - Brianna has unparalleled showman skills when it comes to customer service and offering each one of our clients a unique and fabulous experience. She is Colorado born and raised, and thrilled to bring the bring the experience of live-fire cooking to the front range and beyond.
